Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
While most packages arrive on the earlier end, please allow extra time during peak periods (holidays, sales events).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments include insurance. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us at info.maisonpulvino@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
